Shipping Policy
I currently ship within the UK and Ireland, but if you live outside of these countries, please email for a quote.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service and will arrive within 2-3 working days for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and 3-5 business days to Ireland.
Some crystals, although light in weight, are sent as small parcels due to the shape and are unable to fit through a letterbox.

Small parcel up to 2kg £3.99
Medium parcel up to 10kg £6.60
Free postage over £75
Republic of Ireland:
Small parcel up to 2kg £10. 10
Free postage over £100

Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned for an exchange or refund at the buyer's cost, but must be in a resalable condition and returned within 14 days.
